Does not work - Do not buy!

The ball joint in this item is WAY too weak and floppy. During normal use, my phone ends up face down, flat on the dash. I was able to glue it in place (effectively freezing the ball-joint), but this totally defeats the purpose of the unit. Now it will not work in other vehicles.

I would strongly recommend against purchasing this item. It is cheap and difficult to work with for multiple reasons.
